These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website accessible at curobyte.com, the Amore London mobile application (Android App ID: com.curobyte.curobook), and any associated salon management or appointment booking services provided by CuroByte Ltd ("CuroByte", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

CuroByte provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions designed for salon management, client scheduling, and online appointment bookings. Our platform allows salon owners ("Tenants") to manage business operations and enables clients ("Users") to browse treatments, schedule appointments, and pay for physical salon services online.

2. User & Tenant Accounts

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Accurate Details: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration and booking information.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our infrastructure.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions and payment processing for salon subscriptions or physical treatment bookings are powered directly by Stripe. CuroByte does not directly store or handle raw debit or credit card details on its servers.
• Salon Services: Specific service details, prices, cancellation windows, and refund policies for appointments are established by individual participating salons.
• Fees & Charges: Applicable fees, deposits, or subscription charges will be explicitly displayed prior to transaction confirmation.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our platform or assist others in doing so. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or connected databases.
• Submitting fraudulent bookings or invalid payment information.
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or automated scrapers into our application.
• Using our services in any manner that violates applicable UK, EU, or international laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the CuroByte platform, including software code, UI designs, graphics, branding, and text, belong exclusively to CuroByte Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended business or booking purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuroByte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform, software downtime, or services provided by third-party salons.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
