The Challenge

Our Solution

  • Developed a hardened PHP/MySQL core with a lightweight, custom-built admin interface
  • Implemented a modular architecture allowing the booking engine to be integrated in Phase 2 without a rebuild
  • Prioritised Core Web Vitals through optimized asset delivery and clean template engineering

  • Successfully launched Phase 1 with 95+ PageSpeed scores
  • Provided the client with total content ownership and a scalable technical foundation
